How Crazy Frog AI handles your photos, your videos, and your personal data

Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Crazy Frog AI ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use crazyfrogai.site (the "Service"). It also covers what happens to your photos during video generation — we know that is the part you care about most.
Information We Collect
Photos you submit. When you generate a video, we receive the photo(s) you upload — one for the rider and, optionally, one for the pursuer. Photos can show faces and other personal data about you, the people with you, or your pet. There are no prompts to write: the story is a fixed template scene.
Account information. If you create an account — by email or with Google — we collect your email address, name, and (with Google sign-in) your profile picture. We also store your credit balance and generation history.
Guest wallets. You can buy and generate without an account. In that case we create an anonymous wallet: a random internal identifier with a placeholder email address (like g-4f2a…@guests.crazyfrogai.site, not a real mailbox), bound to your browser with a signed cookie. It holds your purchase and your video — nothing else about you.
Payment information. Payments are processed on the hosted checkout of our payment provider (currently Waffo). We never receive or store your card number. If you enter your email address at checkout, it goes to the payment provider for your receipt, and we receive the order and payment status records so support can locate your purchase.
Usage and technical data. We log requests (including IP address, user agent, and timestamps) for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
Communications. If you contact us by email, we keep the correspondence. If you create an account, you are subscribed to our newsletter automatically; every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time without losing access to the Service.
Please don't include sensitive information you don't need to — in your photos, or in support emails (never passwords or card details).
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Operate the Service: generate your videos, track your purchase, and let you watch and download results
- Take payments, deliver purchased videos, and handle refunds
- Run moderation and safety checks on submissions and enforce our Terms of Service
- Send service emails (receipts, account and security notices) — note that generation results are not emailed; they play on your result page
- Send marketing email, such as our newsletter — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link
- Provide support and respond to reports
- Detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, fraud, and unlawful content
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your photos or videos to train AI models.
What Happens to Your Photos During Generation
Video generation runs on third-party AI services. The flow is:
- Your photo(s) are uploaded to a Google Cloud Storage bucket to obtain processing URLs.
- Automated safety checks run on the uploaded photos before generation. The video uses a preset story prompt that you do not need to write.
- Our image provider (MAVL) prepares the rider and optional pursuer references, then the opening scene.
- Our video provider (Kling AI) renders the prepared scene and character references into a video.
- We add the background audio track and store the finished video so you can watch and download it from the studio.
Our task records store request and result metadata — statuses, storage links, provider task IDs, and credit transactions — not the raw photo bytes.
Your photos have one job: building your video. The photo files are deleted automatically within 30 days of generation. The deletion rules are in Data Retention below.
These providers receive your photo only to produce your video. Their processing is governed by their own terms; we select them for this job, we do not permit them to use your submission for anything else on our behalf, and we do not use your content to train our own models.
Your result page is reachable by its link, so treat the link like a key: anyone who has it can watch your video. Save it privately, and don't share it with people who shouldn't see the video.
Guest Purchases
You don't need an account to buy or generate:
- At checkout we create an anonymous wallet and bind it to your browser with a signed cookie that expires after 30 days.
- Your result-page link works from any browser — save it and you can come back to watch and download for up to 30 days after generation. Storage is temporary: after 30 days your video and its link are deleted automatically, so download your video when it's ready.
- If you clear your cookies or lose the link, contact support with the order number from your payment receipt (or the email address you used at checkout) and we will locate your order.
- If you later create an account, email us and we can move your purchase and videos to it.
Everything tied to a guest wallet — the video and its photos — is deleted within 30 days of generation at the latest.
Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and hard deletion limits apply:
- Photos: exist to run your generation, nothing else. They are deleted automatically within 30 days of generation — you never need to ask.
- Generated videos: stored for up to 30 days after generation so you can watch and download them — this is temporary hosting, not permanent storage. After 30 days, your video and its result-page link are deleted automatically and cannot be recovered. Download your video within that window.
- Guest cookies: the signed cookie that binds a guest wallet to your browser expires after 30 days — the same window as video storage.
- Account records: kept while your account is active.
- Payment records: kept as long as required by tax and accounting rules.
- Logs: kept for a limited security and troubleshooting window. Moderation and abuse records may be kept longer where needed for safety or legal reasons.
When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Who We Share Data With
We share personal data only with the providers needed to run the Service:

We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security, and in connection with a merger or asset sale (with notice under Changes below).
International Transfers
We and our providers operate globally; your data may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or US state laws like the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise any right, email support@crazyfrogai.site. We verify requests through your account email, or through your order details if you bought as a guest. You can also unsubscribe from marketing email with the link in any email.
You don't need an account to raise a concern: if a video generated by the Service depicts you and you never consented, email us anyway — we treat likeness reports from anyone, account holder or not, as a priority.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The Service is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children. Our Terms prohibit uploading photos of anyone under 18. If you believe a child's photo or personal data has reached us, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, signed sessions and guest cookies, rate limiting, and least-privilege access to production data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.
Cookies
We use only the cookies and similar storage the Service needs: keeping you signed in, binding a guest wallet to your browser, and security. We run no advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled, they receive standard traffic data (pages viewed and interactions) — not your photos or prompts. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time; blocking essential cookies will break sign-in and guest wallets.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top changes whenever we do; material changes will be highlighted on the site or sent to your account email.
