Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Crazy Frog AI at crazyfrogai.site (the "Service"). By uploading a photo, purchasing a video, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Who We Are

Crazy Frog AI is an independent tool that turns one or two photos into a short AI-generated crazy frog race video, styled on a fixed template scene. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the creators of the trend this Service relates to or any rights holder associated with it. Any trademarks or songs you may associate with the trend belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to describe the Service.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Photos of minors are never allowed — not as the rider, not as the pursuer, not as a background subject, even with a parent's or guardian's consent.

If you create an account — by email or with Google — you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Sign-in with Google is subject to Google's own terms.

You can also use the Service without an account: buying through checkout creates an anonymous wallet bound to your browser by a signed cookie. You are responsible for that browser, the cookie, and your result-page link — anyone who has the link can watch your video — so don't use guest checkout on a shared device.

The Service

Watching examples is free. A video costs $4.99 as a one-time payment — there is no subscription — and generation starts automatically after checkout. You upload one front-facing photo for the rider and, optionally, a second photo for the pursuer (without it, a prompt-described traffic officer plays the role). There are no prompts to write and nothing to edit.

The Service produces a 15-second vertical MP4 (9:16, with 16:9 as an option) at 720p, no watermark, with background audio included. Adults — and, with the owner's permission, pets — can appear in the video. Never minors.

The output is AI-generated: it depicts events and motion the people in your photos never performed, and we do not guarantee any particular likeness, quality, or result. Review the video before sharing it, and don't present it as real footage. Videos are stored for up to 30 days after generation and are deleted automatically when that window ends — download yours promptly. Features, models, pricing, and availability may change at any time.

Videos, Credits, and Pricing

Videos are sold as a prepaid, one-time pack — there are no subscriptions:

Starter — $4.99, 1 video

The app tracks your purchase as credits: one video costs 100 credits. Credits represent videos you have paid for, have no cash value, and do not expire. Packs are sold in US dollars through our payment provider (currently Waffo). Prices are shown at checkout before you pay and may change over time; changes never affect packs you already bought.

Billing and Refunds

A generation is charged when it starts.

If a generation fails on our side (technical failure or timeout), the video's cost is automatically returned to your balance so you can retry for free — no support ticket needed. You can also ask us for a refund to your original payment method.
If a generation is rejected because your photos violate our content standards (see below), the deduction stands — the safety review ran, and the submission was yours.
Pack purchases are otherwise final and non-refundable, except where required by law or where we determine in good faith that a refund is warranted (for example, a pack that was never delivered or a duplicate charge). Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method, and videos bought with the refunded payment are revoked.

For any refund request, email us with your account email (or the email used at checkout) and your order ID — never include full card details.

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend your access while the dispute is open.

Your Photos and Content

You keep all rights to the photos you upload and to the videos generated from them. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to upload, process, store, and transmit your photos solely as needed to operate the Service (including passing them to our AI providers and safety checks). We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models, and we do not sell them.

You represent that, for every photo you upload:

You own the photo or have permission to upload and use it this way.
Every identifiable person in it has knowingly agreed to the AI transformation and the use of their likeness — including copyright, portrait, and privacy permissions.
For pet photos, you own the pet or have the owner's permission for its depiction.
The photo is not intimate or private imagery that was taken or shared without consent.

These permissions are your declaration to us; we don't independently verify them, but they remain your responsibility.

Content Standards

You must not upload photos that depict or relate to:

Sexual, pornographic, or NSFW content of any kind, including explicit sexual acts or sexualized nudity
Sexual violence, non-consensual intimate imagery, or fabricated sexual deepfakes of real people
Minors in any sexual, violent, or exploitative context — photos of minors are prohibited outright, and suspected child sexual abuse material is reported to the relevant authorities and hotlines
Graphic gore, severe injury, torture, or animal cruelty — the Service tells a fictional, non-graphic chase story and nothing else
Hate speech or harassment targeting people or groups
A real person's likeness without their consent, or content intended to impersonate, defame, or deceive — including passing outputs off as authentic footage in news contexts, dating profiles, fraud, or political manipulation
Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights, or that is otherwise unlawful

Prohibited Conduct

You also agree not to:

Circumvent or attempt to circumvent safety filters, rate limits, or payment controls
Probe or interfere with other accounts or the Service's infrastructure
Scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the Service or its outputs as a competing product
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Moderation and Enforcement

Photos and prompts are checked by automated safety services before generation, and we may review flagged content and reports. Automated checks can be imperfect in both directions; they are a floor, not a review or permission. To report a violation — especially one involving your own likeness or a minor — email support@crazyfrogai.site; we prioritize likeness and minor-safety reports.

We may warn, refuse a generation, remove content, suspend, or terminate access for violations. Illegal content and minor-safety issues are acted on immediately, and records may be preserved for investigations. If we take action against your access for something other than a policy violation, we will give you notice and a reasonable chance to use or request your remaining videos. You may appeal an enforcement action by replying to the notice email within 30 days.

You may watch, download, share, and post the videos you generate on a personal, non-commercial basis. You may not sell them or present them as your own commercial work. When you post, follow the destination platform's rules and label the content as AI-generated where the platform requires it. The finished video includes a background audio track. If you add or replace music when posting, licensing is between you and the platform and the rights holders.

Generated videos and their storage links are kept for up to 30 days after generation and then deleted automatically; a link is not a promise of permanent storage. Download your video within that window and keep your own copy.

Intellectual Property

The Service — including its software, design, branding, story prompts, template scene, and content — is owned by us or our licensors. The template's character frames, scene, and prompts are not licensed to you beyond producing your own video.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties: our AI providers (MAVL for compositing, Kling AI for video rendering), safety services (SeeAPI and our image safety service), Google Cloud Storage, Cloudflare (hosting, database, storage), Waffo (payments), Google (sign-in), and Resend (email). Their own terms and privacy policies also apply to their processing of your data, as described in our Privacy Policy. We are independent of these providers; their availability, speed, quality, and safety behavior can change without notice and may affect the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your expectations, be unique, or be free of third-party claims.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim or USD $50.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your photos, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

Suspension, Termination, and Deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, fraud, non-payment, or legal risk; videos purchased on access terminated for breach are forfeited. There is no self-serve account deletion: to delete your account, or a guest wallet's data, email support@crazyfrogai.site — with your order ID if you bought as a guest — and we will handle it as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability and indemnification) survive.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top changes whenever we do. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or sent to your account email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms; changes never remove rights you already have in purchases you completed.

General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. You may not assign your account to anyone else without our consent. These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where the Service's operator is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. The English version of these Terms controls over any translation.
